My dog Sam developed tummy issues out of the blue and I was very concerned. I was impressed when Dr Hoffman returned a phone call to answer questions even after the clinic had closed. On another occasion I called and he was in surgery. I left a message hoping to hear from him at the end of the day or the next morning. In less than an hour, between surgeries he called me back. I couldn’t believe he would take his time between surgeries to call me back. I listen to coworkers complain about calling and calling their pet’s doctor and waiting forever to get a call back. I feel lucky to have someone caring for Sam that truly cares about the pets and the pets parents.
